Your use of the services and this site being provided by WTY TECHNOLOGY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), whose reference shall also be used interchangeably with "InvoiceNow," is on the understanding and acceptance by you and all users of our services (referred to as "Users" or "you" herein) of the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.

InvoiceNow, along with our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "InvoiceNow," "we," "us," or "our"), sets forth this policy to outline our approach to protecting, collecting, using, and sharing your personal information in connection with our website (invoicenow.finance), invoicing platform, payment requests, invoice management tools, related dApps, and all related products and services.

The data controller for your personal information is WTY TECHNOLOGY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. For data protection enquiries, including EU/UK representative contact, please write to: support@invoicenow.finance.

InvoiceNow.Finance is a decentralized invoicing and payment infrastructure built on blockchain. Most interactions occur directly on-chain through self-custodial wallets, meaning we do not collect or control your private keys, wallet contents, or transaction data beyond what is publicly visible on the blockchain.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last modified" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily give us, for example when you:

  • fill out forms on our website (e.g., contact, newsletter signup, support requests, or business profile setup)
  • communicate with us via email, social media, Discord, Telegram, or other channels
  • participate in community programs, contests, or feedback sessions
  • create or manage invoices, payment requests, or business profiles

This may include your name, email address, social media handle, business name, company details, wallet address (if provided), and any other details you choose to share.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or interact with our online properties, we (and our service providers) automatically collect:

  • Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, time spent, referral sources, and general interaction data.
  • Blockchain Interaction Data: If you connect a wallet to our dApps or interfaces, we may temporarily access your public wallet address and on-chain activity (such as invoice creation, payment status, or token transfers) for functionality (e.g., displaying invoice balances or enabling payments). We do not store private keys or seed phrases.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tools to improve site performance, analyze usage, and personalize content. See the Analytics and Cookies section below.

Information from Other Sources

We may receive information from third-party services (e.g., analytics providers, social media platforms, or communication platforms) when you interact with us through those channels. Any identity verification or KYC/AML processes (where applicable) are conducted by third-party providers under their own privacy policies.

On-Chain Data

Blockchain transactions (including wallet addresses, invoice-related token transfers, smart contract interactions) are public by design. We do not collect or control this data beyond what is inherently visible on blockchain explorers.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve our website, dApps, invoicing platform, and services
  • respond to your inquiries, provide support, and communicate with you
  • send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages
  • facilitate invoice creation, payment requests, reminders, and settlement processes
  • personalize your experience (e.g., language preferences, saved settings, invoice templates)
  • analyze trends, usage, and performance to enhance the ecosystem
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of InvoiceNow, our users, and the public
  • carry out any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Invoice-related on-chain data remains publicly visible on the blockchain indefinitely. Data written to the blockchain (including wallet addresses and transaction details) is public and permanent. It cannot be deleted by us or by you. Please keep this in mind before making any on-chain transactions.

Sharing of Information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vendors and partners (e.g., hosting, analytics, support tools, payment processors, or email notification services) who need access to perform services for us. These parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.
  • Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of InvoiceNow, our users, or the public, including enforcing our terms or investigating violations.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction.
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly direct us to share information or consent to sharing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated or de-identified data (that cannot reasonably identify you) for analytics, research, or other purposes.
